A new year is here and with it also new winds in European Youth Parliament. As of January 1st, the three new members of the governing body Beata, Lars-Erik and Jenny start their mandates. The Governing Body is responsible for ensuring the educational value of EYP, taking care of HR and establishing a long-term strategy for the network. You can read more about their work here.
The turn of the year also marks the implementation of the new long term strategy for EYP. The strategy defines four focus areas for the EYP: inclusion, empowerment, contribution as well as stability and continuity. Through the implementation of the strategy at the international and national level our organisation aims to fulfil its mission: to inspire and empower young Europeans to become open minded, tolerant and active citizens.
