The European Youth Parliament (EYP) is looking for a Head Facilitator for the EU-Arctic Youth Dialogue 2025 to guide participants in developing policy recommendations on EU-Arctic cooperation.

The People Behind Tromsø 2023 – the 98th International Session of the EYP
The 98th International Session of the European Youth Parliament (EYP) is set to take place in Tromsø, Norway from the 4th to the 12th of March 2023.
The session will bring together around 280 participants, including 70 young volunteers who will take care of the organization, academics, and media coverage. Matthias Masini from Switzerland will serve as the President of the session, with Darya Skorokhod from Belarus as Editor, and Embla Elde and Henning Undheim as Head Organisers.

For many centuries, some of the greatest explorers came to Tromsø to explore the Polar Arctic. They came to the region with a desire to better understand our world and left changed forever.
Tromsø 2023 is a testament to the spirit of Arctic expeditions. Adventure, Wilderness, Research, Curiosity, and Comradery are the values guiding our compass.
By focusing the topics on one specific region, the Arctic, participants will have the chance to develop a holistic understanding of the Arctic and explore the interconnectedness of their topics.

It’s been 8 months of working on Tromsø International Session, and I’m beyond excited to reach the final stage of putting this challenging yet incredible puzzle together. The EYP has always been a place of self-development, contribution, growth and personal successes and failures for me, and it’s time to get back to the organisation.

Tromsø 2023 has been a special project for us for a long time, and we are looking forward to finally bringing life to the session and our vision for the EYP Network.

The theme for this upcoming flagship event is “Explore, Exchange, Experience: Sparking Young Curiosity“. The conference will offer a unique opportunity for young people from across Europe to come together to explore the Arctic region, exchange ideas, and experience indigenous Sámi culture in a centre for cultural prosperity. The goal is to foster democratic engagement, innovation, sustainability, tolerance, and cooperation on both the regional and European levels.
