We are thrilled to share that we have once more held our Alumni Happy Hours in the Spring of 2019! In May, more than 60 EYP Alumni got together to celebrate the Day of Europe. Happy Hours are cozy and laid-back reunions for former EYPers to get together and reconnect in an informal and relaxed environment.
Jelena Stevanovic organised the Alumni Happy Hour in Vienna on the 10th of May, and shared her thoughts about the event with us:
“I believe it is important to create such a network in order to maintain EYP friendships, to benefit from a diverse career network, and to keep learning from diverse people, as all of us embark onto different paths after EYP and we should enjoy the very diverse pool of knowledge, (life) experience, and personalities beyond the EYP context. (…) We keep our network alive with socialising and career events, such as the Alumni Happy Hour, group sports events, CV photo shootings, and CV writing sessions, and thus always make sure to offer some informal fun, as well as productive events that can help with any steps in your career.”
We would like to thank all of the organisers who took it upon themselves to host this event and give the opportunity for EYP Alumni from all over to gather and spend some time together.
