We are embarking on an exciting project to develop an Impact Framework for the European Youth Parliament. We want to be able to create a powerful and confident story of change that is based on solid data and evidence coming from all parts of the organisation. EYP changes lives, and in turn, it affects the communities and society in which we live. However, we need to better understand, assess and communicate our impact both internally and to others. This is why we are now creating a comprehensive framework on monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, guided by the EYP Strategy 2021-2025. We are now putting together a Steering Group to advise and guide this process by working with the two external consultants who are leading this process on behalf of EYP. We are looking for EYPers at all levels of the network to participate in the Steering Group, contributing with their knowledge and experiences and helping us develop the best framework possible.
