28th National Selection Conference of EYP Italy

On the 28th National Session of the EYP Italy, 80 delegates from different Italian cities, teachers, officials and international guests will convene in Volterra, a medieval town near Pisa, from the 9th to the 12th of March 2012 under the patronage of the President of the Italian Republic. Members of the European Parliament as well as representatives of local and regional institutions have been invited.

The 28th National Selection Conference of EYP Italy will be hosted in Volterra, With the session approaching, we are now looking for 3
Vice-presidents, 13 chairs, 2 editors, 1 video editor, 6 journalists and 5 jurors.

Officials are asked to arrive on Thursday March 8th (by 1pm at Cecina railway station) with the
exception of jurors, who may arrive on the following day. Departures will take place on Monday March
12th (from 5.30pm onward).
There is no participation fee, and EYP Italy will provide transportation from Cecina Station to Volterra.
However, travel expenses to and from Cecina will not be covered.

The session will include Teambuilding, Committee Work and General Assembly. Each of the 8 committee will be assigned both an
international and a national chairperson.

The selection panel will be composed by Mr Pablo Mellado Hidalgo, President of the Session, and the
National Board of EYP Italy.

Recommendations and feedbacks from previous sessions - however not essential - are also welcomed.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome of the selection individually.
